Team USA Downs Serbia in Pre-Olympic Exhibition
Durant Shines in Return, Curry Leads Scoring
USA Cruises to 3-0 Record
In a highly anticipated rematch of the 2016 gold medal game, Team USA once again emerged victorious, defeating Serbia 105-79 in an exhibition game ahead of the 2024 Olympics. Kevin Durant, making his much-anticipated return from a calf injury, showed no signs of rust, lighting up the Serbian defense.
The United States started slowly, but Team USA surged to a comfortable victory, led by Stephen Curry's 24 points. Bam Adebayo also contributed significantly with 17 points, helping the team improve to 3-0 in their five-game exhibition slate.
Despite the lopsided score, the game failed to live up to its expectations as a highly competitive matchup. Team USA's dominance was evident throughout, as they controlled the game from start to finish.
